So I waved goodbye to selling and decided to dedicate my career and time to helping agents instead. I went on to become a Keller Williams BOLD Coach for 2 years, traveling the country, and teaching other Keller Williams Agents.
At that time, I thought I won the lottery! It was my dream job.

It’s hard for me to admit but those 2 years were rough. It wasn’t exactly easy for me to teach a curriculum that didn’t totally align with my own experience.

Agents had specific questions about the most foundational pieces of the business. 

After selling over 500 homes as a top agent, I share my proven recipe for success to help real estate agents who are struggling to build their business. In my programs, I break down the entire real estate sales process from lead gen to closing, and I do it in a simple and clear way, so you can take the fast lane to becoming a confident expert.

Just a few years ago you would’ve found me hustling and going on 3 listing appointments a day. I was the top listing agent for Keller Williams number 1 team, The Loken Group. My record-setting year, I personally sold 199 homes.

During that time, I remember being in my car and thinking:

"If a single agent could implement my strategies, they would absolutely crush it!"

It was a hard pill to swallow but I realized coaching BOLD was not for me.

My wakeup call was when I first started teaching my listing presentation. I had dozens of agents message me about the listing they got by using my method! They couldn’t believe how easy, simple, and natural the appointment felt for them.

I believe in simple, clear, concise information so you can feel confident right away!

It seemed as if all the foundational topics were skipped over in almost all real estate training programs.

I've become obsessed with making sure agents don't quit just because they haven't found the resources they need to be successful yet.

Over the last year, I’ve helped thousands of  agents feel confident with not only their listing appointment, but each step of the transaction. I am super proud to have created a business that builds wealth and confidence in other agents!

I soon learned that my real superpower was to teach MY strategies, exactly what worked for me, and do so in simple and tangible ways.

With my experience and everything I learned, I knew I couldn't keep all the secrets to myself.
